Great feeling pads
The base is not birch anymore, they now make them out of MDF like their other pads. A bit lame at this price point, but inflation is what it is. Even still, the highest quality drum pads you can buy.

Fantastic product
I love in an apartment and I am sick of playing a single pad, so these are Perfect for the apartment drummer. These pads are the best I have ever tried. They actually have their individual tones, so you practically have a quiet drum set.

plays very nice.
good bounce, little sound, and you can rimshot on it for accents and stuff! fits on any standard screw of a cymbal stand. very nice product!
