The Little Green SheepFN010A Natural Knitted Moses Basket & Mattress-Linen

I bought this moses basket for my newborn son as his first bed.I am pleased with the quality, which is much better than the For Your Little One moses basket I used with my first child. The basket itself is nicely woven and the material used has no sharp ends sticking out that may hurt your baby. The basket liner is soft and slightly padded and is easily removed for cleaning.The mattress seems to be of a significantly higher quality than the piece of foam you usually find in moses baskets. The mattress is very dense, heavy and firm, yet it still feels soft and my baby seems to find it comfortable to sleep on. I use it alongside the Green Sheep mattress protector to prevent any dampness getting to it.The basket is very long, so should last a good bit longer than my previous moses basket. My baby is now 3.5 months old and long for his age, and it still has plenty of room left (see picture). This basket also fits securely onto my old FYLO stand once the guard rail has been extended. Though most of the time we just use it on the floor.The one negative I would say is the handles. They work fine for moving the basket from place to place but they do have a tendency to bend inwards and get in the way when placing baby into bed. It would be better if they were hinged in some way so that they could be folded down the outside.Also, be aware, It might be different now but the outer box Amazon sent it in was very oversized and we could only just get through our front door!Overall, a well made moses basket, I feel the higher price is justified. We have used it for every nap at home since my son was born and it still looks like new.

A perfect sleeping environment for our baby. Comfy, well designed, great colour and very light. I love the hand made organic design and the use of no chemicals and the natural mattress included. Easy to take with us to friends and relatives and fits well inside our small car. This Moses basket is a must-have for any new parents.

This basket looks stunning and is very high quality. Makes it a little heavy to carry but gives you peace of mind that it is robust and will keep your little one safe. I got the stand to go with it and it looks perfect in every room

Beautiful. Strong finish and smart.We have a long baby! And he fits perfectly with plenty of extra space and room for continued growth. Easy to carry and move around.

Abs lovely ! Love the fact that it’s all natural , very light but not flimsy

We’ve been really disappointed with this product unfortunately. The handle strap has broken very easily and despite getting a replacement after raising the issue the second basket has the same problem. It’s a real shame as otherwise it’s a great brand
