Not my favorite
Nice to have room for them all in a big book but the pages are not well perforated and don't tear apart easily. I ended up having to cut them all with sissors.

Poor quality
These are not well perforated, do not tear well, and don't come with a piece of cardboard to put between them, so you end up writing through three copies when you fill them out.
